Basic Recruiter Training - Ideal for small staffing firms

Basic Recruiter Training designed for new recruiters just starting out in the staffing industry. Focus of the content is agency recruiting, but corporate recruiters will also find value. The basic functions of a recruiter are broken down into sections, along with explanations on why something is important.

This course is ideal for small staffing firms that have little to no formal training program in place. New hires starting with these training modules will learn the basics that senior recruiters / recruiting managers can then build on.

Creators Background:

Began recruiting in 2005 for a large national firm based in the United States. Worked here for 12 years in multiple divisions including engineering, light industrial, IT, and accounting & finance. Moved on to a small firm based in the Midwest for 6 years focused on IT & Engineering only. Currently run my own successful recruiting company focused on engineering placements within the US.

Held many roles within the staffing industry - recruiter, recruiter trainer, account manager, director of client services, and recruiting manager. Trained hundred of recruiters over the 18 years I've been in the industry.
